Presenter Biographical Statement
Brandi is the AVP Mobility Operations at Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) where she oversees the operations for their microtransit service, GoLink. She was previously the Senior Manager of Marketing where she was responsible for leading the marketing efforts related to the award-winning GoPass app development and deployment, innovative mobility solutions pilots and fare payment programs. She began her career 25+ years ago after graduating with a Business Management degree from the University of Texas at Dallas. Most of her career has been spent working with large organizations and brands to refine the customer experience by solving by problems in innovative ways. When not busy moving the masses, you’ll find Brandi at home in Dallas trying to keep up with her 7-year-old twins.
Presentation Abstract
This workshop will highlight various microtransit models across diverse geographic settings. Presenters will share lessons learned and considerations for implementing a microtransit services. There will be an opportunity for small group discussion and dialogue about how microtransit service can align with a range of mobility and transit services across an agency.
